Ryx Interactive
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Build a Gas Station from Junk! (the “Game”), published by Daniil Shaposhnikov, an independent developer operating under the developer name Ryx Interactive. Ryx Interactive is a developer name and is not a separate legal entity.
1. Who controls the data
The data controller responsible for the Game is:
Independent developer publishing under the name Ryx Interactive
Email: daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com
2. Scope and audience
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of the Game distributed through Google Play. The Game is intended for a family audience aged 9 and older and may be used by children.
The Game does not require users to create an account, provide a name, submit an email address, or create a public profile. It does not contain in-app purchases.
3. Information you provide directly
The Game does not ask you to provide personal information during normal gameplay. In particular, it does not request:
- a name, date of birth, postal address, or phone number;
- an account username or password;
- payment or financial information;
- contacts, messages, photographs, videos, audio, or files;
- user-generated content or public communications.
If you contact the developer by email, the information you voluntarily include in your message—such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or support description—will be processed only to respond to the request, investigate a problem, protect the Game from abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
4. Appodeal advertising and automatically processed information
The Game uses the Appodeal software development kit (“SDK”) to display and measure advertisements. Appodeal is an advertising mediation service that can connect the Game to multiple advertising networks and demand partners.
Appodeal and enabled advertising partners may automatically process the following categories of information:
| Category | Examples | Typical purpose |
|---|---|---|
| App activity | Ad requests, impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, and interaction timestamps | Deliver ads, measure performance, and provide an in-game reward after a completed rewarded ad |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating-system version, app version, package name, language, user agent, memory, and storage signals | Compatibility, ad delivery, reporting, diagnostics, and fraud prevention |
| Network information | Internet Protocol address, connection type, provider, and mobile country/network codes | Approximate region, security, fraud prevention, and ad delivery |
| Identifiers | Advertising or similar device identifiers when available and permitted by the device, SDK, privacy settings, and applicable law | Advertising measurement, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and other permitted advertising operations |
| Diagnostics and performance | Technical errors, latency, SDK status, and performance signals | Reliability, debugging, service improvement, and advertising analytics |
| Approximate location | Country or general region inferred from an Internet Protocol address or network information | Regional compliance, localization, security, and contextual ad delivery |
Appodeal documentation states that some additional data may be optional and depends on the developer’s integration and device permissions. For example, location data may be collected if an application grants location permission and location tracking is enabled. The Game is not designed to ask users to submit precise location information directly.
The developer does not provide Appodeal with a custom user ID, account name, email address, payment history, or purchase information for this Game.
5. How information is used
Information processed through Appodeal and its enabled advertising partners may be used to:
- serve contextual or non-personalized advertisements;
- determine whether an advertisement was requested, displayed, clicked, or completed;
- provide a promised in-game reward after a rewarded advertisement;
- limit repeated advertisements and maintain basic delivery controls;
- detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- diagnose technical problems and improve SDK reliability;
- create aggregated advertising and revenue reports;
- comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
The developer does not use a separate analytics SDK to build individual gameplay profiles. Advertising measurement performed by Appodeal or its partners is still a form of data processing and is covered by this Policy.
6. Children’s privacy
Because the Game is intended for users aged 9 and older, it may be considered child-directed under the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and may also be subject to child-specific privacy requirements in Europe and other regions.
The Appodeal integration is configured to request child-directed treatment, COPPA-compliant ad filtering, mature-content filtering, and non-personalized advertising. These settings are intended to restrict interest-based advertising and reduce the data used for ad personalization. Ad availability and fill rate may be lower as a result.
The Game does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information, create an account, communicate publicly, upload content, or make purchases. The developer does not knowingly use children’s personal information for behavioral advertising, remarketing, or profiling.
Parents and legal guardians may contact the developer to ask about information associated with their child, request deletion where applicable, or ask that further collection be stopped. Because the Game has no user accounts, identifying a specific advertising record may require limited technical information, such as the device platform, approximate date and time of use, or an advertising-provider identifier. The developer may need to forward the request to Appodeal or an enabled advertising partner.
8. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where the General Data Protection Regulation, United Kingdom GDPR, or similar law applies, personal data may be processed on one or more of these legal bases:
- Legitimate interests: operating non-personalized advertising, preventing fraud, securing the Game, diagnosing technical issues, and measuring basic advertising performance, where those interests are not overridden by the user’s rights.
- Consent: where a specific type of processing requires consent under applicable law and valid consent has been obtained.
- Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with law, regulatory requirements, or binding requests.
- Legal claims: where processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
When consent is the legal basis for processing a child’s personal data, parental or guardian authorization may be required. The age at which a child may consent for themselves varies among European countries.
Subject to applicable law, users or their parents and guardians may have the right to:
- request access to personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing;
- request data portability where applicable;
- complain to a competent data-protection authority.
9. United States and California privacy rights
Privacy rights differ by state and may apply only when statutory thresholds or other legal conditions are met. Where applicable, a United States resident may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about categories of personal information and third-party disclosures, and may have a right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
The developer does not sell personal information for money and does not intentionally use the Game for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Game is configured to request non-personalized advertising and child-directed treatment.
California law places additional restrictions on selling or sharing the personal information of users known to be under 16. The developer does not knowingly sell or share children’s personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Requests may be submitted using the contact email below. The developer will not discriminate against a user for exercising a privacy right. Reasonable verification may be required before responding to a request.
10. International transfers
Appodeal and enabled advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where the user lives, including the United States. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ.
Where required by law, transfers are expected to rely on a recognized legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard used by the relevant service provider.
11. Data retention
The developer does not operate a user-account database for the Game. The developer may receive aggregated advertising and revenue reports, which are generally not designed to identify individual players.
Appodeal and enabled advertising partners retain information according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs, and technical requirements.
Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, investigate a technical or safety issue, prevent abuse, maintain records of the response, or comply with law. They may then be deleted or anonymized.
12. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Third-party providers are expected to apply their own security measures.
No electronic transmission, mobile SDK, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Absolute security cannot be promised.
13. Advertisements and external links
Advertisements may open Google Play, another application store, an advertiser’s website, or another third-party service. The developer does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy, content, or security practices.
Parents and users should review the privacy terms of an external service before providing information to it. An inappropriate advertisement may be reported by emailing the developer with a screenshot, the approximate time it appeared, and the device region where possible.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Game, its advertising configuration, enabled partners, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will show a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the Game, its Google Play listing, or another reasonable method where required.
15. Contact and privacy requests
Questions, parental inquiries, privacy requests, and reports of inappropriate advertising may be sent to:
