A Proclamation of Thy Data Rights

Establishment: Tavern Keeper Proprietor: Ryx Interactive Inscribed: January 24, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Ryx Interactive ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tavern Keeper (the "App").

Data controller / business: Ryx Interactive
Support email: daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

2.1 Information you provide to us

  • Support communications: if you contact us (for example by email), we receive the information you send (such as your email address, message contents, and attachments).

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by the App and by third-party SDKs we use (such as advertising SDKs). This may include:

  • Device and app information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version.
  • Device identifiers: advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA where permitted) and other identifiers used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
  • Network information: IP address and general network details.
  • Usage information: in-app events such as ad impressions, clicks, and basic interaction signals.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data (e.g., error codes, timestamps) to help keep the App stable.

2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect

  • We do not require account registration.
  • We do not intentionally collect precise (GPS-level) location.
  • We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the App (run core features, maintain functionality, remember basic preferences).
  • Show ads and measure their performance (frequency capping, attribution, and reporting).
  • Improve reliability (debugging, crash analysis, performance monitoring).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse (for example, detecting invalid traffic or repeated automated actions).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. Advertising & Analytics

4.1 Ads (Appodeal mediation)

The App uses Appodeal (ad mediation) to show ads and to measure ad performance. Depending on your device settings, region, and applicable law, this may include interest-based (personalized) advertising.

Based on our current build configuration, Appodeal integrations may include components from: BidMachine, Bidon, the IAB framework (consent/standards), and a diagnostics/analytics component labeled as Sentry within the Appodeal SDK dependency set.

4.2 Consent and platform permissions

  • EEA/UK/Switzerland: where required, we (and/or our advertising partners) rely on your consent for personalized ads and certain tracking/measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9).
  • iOS (App Tracking Transparency): if we request permission to track (IDFA), you can allow or deny it in the iOS prompt and later change your choice in iOS Settings.
  • Android: the App declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission, which enables access to the Android Advertising ID when available.

4.3 Third-party privacy policies

These third parties process information under their own privacy policies:

Note: Unity in-app services (e.g., Unity Ads / Unity Analytics / Unity Crash Reporting) are disabled in our current project settings. If we enable additional services later, we will update this policy accordingly.

5. Sharing & Disclosures

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With advertising and measurement partners to show ads, limit ad frequency, measure performance, and detect fraud.
  • With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, support tools), under contractual restrictions.
  • For legal reasons if required to comply with law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be informed where required).

We do not knowingly "sell" personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly to include certain advertising disclosures (see Section 10.2).

7. International Transfers

Our partners and service providers may process information outside your country (including in the United States and other jurisdictions). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and the purpose (e.g., fraud prevention logs may be kept longer than transient diagnostics).

9. Your Choices & Controls

9.1 Device-level ad controls

  • Android: you can reset your Advertising ID and manage ad personalization controls in your device settings (the exact path depends on your Android version).
  • iOS: you can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings and (where available) reset your advertising identifier.

9.2 EEA/UK consent controls

If we show a consent prompt (CMP), you can update your choices using the in-app consent settings (if available) or by contacting us at daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com.

9.3 Uninstall

You can stop most collection by uninstalling the App.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 EEA/UK/Switzerland

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and to object to certain processing. Where we process based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10.2 United States (state privacy laws)

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) may have rights to: know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising. Some laws also provide the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as defined by those laws).

Do Not Sell or Share / Opt-out of targeted advertising: you can limit or disable ad identifiers via device settings (Section 9), and you can also contact us at daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com with your request.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

10.3 How to exercise your rights

Contact us at daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com. To help us verify your request, include your device platform (iOS/Android), the app name, and a brief description of your request. We may ask for additional information to confirm you are the user of the device.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at daniil.shaposhnikov.2000@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice where required.
