When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by Firebase Analytics (provided by Google). This may include:

  • App interactions: screen views, feature usage events (e.g., compression preset selected, compression completed), and session duration.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, ANR reports, and performance data to help keep the App stable.
  • Instance identifiers: Firebase instance IDs for analytics aggregation (not linked to personal identity).

  • We do not require account registration.
  • We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location data.
  • We do not collect advertising identifiers.
  • We do not access, upload, or store your video files.
  • We do not display advertisements.

3. How We Use Information

The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how the App is used and identify areas for improvement.

Firebase Analytics does not collect advertising identifiers in this App. All analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising purposes.

Firebase Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (currently 14 months for user-level data, with aggregated reporting data retained indefinitely). We do not retain any personal data beyond what is collected by Firebase Analytics.

  • Uninstall: you can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
  • Device settings: you can manage analytics and diagnostics data sharing through your device's privacy settings.
